For the people who make some of the UK’s favourite period-proof undies, we made some taboo-busting OOH ads.
concept
WUKA didn’t want to bang up a load of OOH ads and be done with it. They wanted their OOH to kick off a disruptive campaign online. With the platform “WUKA SUCKS” as our concept and a load of negative online comments from their first ever TV ad launch to work with, we knew our billboards needed to flip the narrative - and set the tone for all the content to come.
execution
Without huge amounts of brand salience to fall back on, we wanted to make sure our OOH ads felt undeniably WUKA. By using typography and product imagery in a considered way, we made sure we gave our clever copy and the power of the WUKA SUCKS concept the breathing space they needed to hit home, hard.
The result: punchy, bold and simple OOH that only WUKA could own.
